We’re looking for a Brand & Content Lead to help build the voice, identity and online presence of Hive.
Hive is being built across two connected ventures:
HiveCreates — a creator marketing & content arm helping brands work with creators and execute campaigns.
WeAreHive — a platform we’re building to make creator-brand collaborations easier to discover, manage and scale.
You’ll be one of the early people shaping how Hive looks, sounds and feels online.
What you'll work on:
- Build and manage HiveCreates & WeAreHive’s social media presence
- Develop content ideas for Instagram and LinkedIn
- Create reels, posts, stories and other short-form content
- Experiment with different content formats and trends
- Build a consistent brand identity and tone of voice
- Work on creator-focused and startup-focused content
- Help document the journey of building Hive from the ground up
- Collaborate with the founder and other early team members on campaigns and launches
We're looking for someone who:
- Understands social media beyond just posting
- Is genuinely interested in creators, brands, marketing and internet culture
- Has a good eye for content and storytelling
- Is comfortable experimenting and trying things that haven't been done before
- Can take an idea and turn it into something people actually want to watch
- You don't need years of experience. Your creativity, initiative and portfolio matter more than your resume.
The Hive experience 🐝
This is an early-stage startup, so this won't be a typical 9–5 role.
Work is flexible and largely deadline-based. You can manage your schedule around college, work or other commitments as long as responsibilities and agreed deadlines are met.
If you are from Indore that's a plus, and If you're not that's also not an issue.
You'll work directly with the founding team and get a genuine look at what it's like to build a startup from the ground up — from figuring out the brand to testing ideas, making mistakes, launching things and learning what actually works.
