Job Title: Video Editor - Short-Form Content & Reels
Experience Required: 1-6 years of experience (preferred: short-form content)
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Job Module: On-site (6 days working)
We're looking for a Video Editor who can take raw footage and turn it into a Reel that makes people stop scrolling, watch till the end and want to see the next one. If you are the one, we'd love to meet you.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other short-form videos from raw footage and creative briefs.
- Create strong hooks, pacing, transitions, captions, sound design and visual effects that improve viewer retention and engagement.
- Work closely with the content, creative and marketing teams to develop engaging content.
- Experiment with different editing styles, formats and trends to continuously improve content performance.
- Use AI-powered video and creative tools to speed up production and explore new creative possibilities.
- Maintain consistency across videos while following brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Stay updated with the latest Instagram, YouTube and short-form content trends.
Skills & Qualifications Required
- 1–6 years of relevant experience in Video Editing, preferably with strong short-form content experience.
- Work portfolio is required, preferably showcasing Reels and other short-form content.
- Proven experience in creating engaging Reels and social media content.
- Familiar with using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, transitions, captions, and sound design.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for video editing, content creation or workflow automation.
- Comfortable working on-site in Indore and committing to a full-time role.
