📍 Location: Gurukul Industrial Area, Faridabad
💰 Salary: Up to ₹70,000/month (CTC, negotiable based on experience)
🧑💼 Experience: Minimum 10+ Years (Manufacturing / Project-based Company)
🏭 Preferred Industry: Steel Fabrication Unit
About the Role We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts professional to manage end-to-end accounting operations for our manufacturing/project-based unit. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in Tally, GST & TDS compliance, cost centre management, bank reconciliation, and MIS reporting.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage complete day-to-day accounting in Tally ERP / Tally Prime
✅ Handle GST compliance – return filing (GSTR-1, 3B, 9), ITC reconciliation
✅ Manage TDS compliance – deduction, payment, return filing, Form 16/16A
✅ Create & maintain cost centres for project-wise / job-wise cost tracking
✅ Perform regular bank reconciliation across multiple accounts
✅ Prepare periodic MIS reports & cash flow statements
✅ Monitor accounts payable/receivable and vendor payments
✅ Support job costing & production-related accounting entries
✅ Coordinate with auditors for statutory/internal audits
✅ Supervise junior accounts staff and ensure timely book closures
Who We're Looking For
✔️ B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
✔️ 10+ years of accounting experience, mandatorily from a manufacturing or project-based company
✔️ Prior experience in a steel fabrication unit strongly preferred
✔️ Strong hands-on knowledge of Tally, GST, TDS, cost centres & bank reconciliation
✔️ Good command over MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) & MIS reporting
✔️ Must be based in or willing to commute to Faridabad / NCR
