Role Description The Branch Head – Security Services will lead and manage security operations for VISCO India’s properties and facilities in Gurugram. This full-time on-site role is responsible for planning and implementing branch-level security strategies, overseeing security staff, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. Daily activities include supervising guard deployment, monitoring incident reports, conducting risk assessments, coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders, and maintaining service quality and performance metrics. The Branch Head will manage vendor relationships, optimize resource utilization, prepare branch security budgets, and support business development efforts for security services. The role also involves regular site visits, training and mentoring security teams, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives in security processes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong leadership, team management, and people development skills, with experience supervising security personnel or operational teams.
- Candidates should possess branch operations and administration skills, including resource planning, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess client relationship management and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to handle escalations and maintain service standards.
- Candidates should possess security risk assessment, incident management, and compliance skills, including familiarity with local regulations and safety protocols.
- Candidates should possess basic financial and business acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and support for business development activities.
- Prior experience in security services, facilities management, or property management operations is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in management, security management, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications in security or safety will be an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, maintain high ethical standards, and adapt to a dynamic, client-focused environment.
