Role Description The Branch Head is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for overseeing branch operations, business development, and team performance. Daily activities include managing sales targets, monitoring project progress, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with senior leadership on strategic initiatives. The role involves leading and mentoring branch staff, reviewing operational processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Branch Head will also build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and local stakeholders to support growth in the region.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising cross-functional staff and driving performance.
- Proficiency in branch operations, including sales oversight, budgeting, reporting, and process improvement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills for working with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of real estate or infrastructure projects, preferably in residential or industrial development.
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and implement effective business development strategies.
- Comfort with using productivity tools and basic business software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM systems).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Proven experience in a branch management or regional leadership role, ideally within real estate, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong ethical standards, customer-focused mindset, and ability to work on-site in Noida on a full-time basis.
