Key Responsibilities1. Reimbursement Financing
- Handle end-to-end reimbursement financing cases from application to closure.
- Verify patient, treatment and financial documents submitted for reimbursement financing.
- Review medical bills, invoices, discharge summaries, prescriptions and other supporting documents.
- Coordinate with hospitals, patients and internal teams for missing or additional documentation.
- Track reimbursement cases and ensure timely processing as per defined TAT.
- Follow up on pending reimbursement claims and resolve documentation-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records and case-wise documentation.
2. Cashless
- Coordinate with hospitals and patients for cashless financing requests.
- Collect and verify required patient, treatment and financial information.
- Coordinate with the concerned teams for eligibility assessment and approval.
- Follow up with hospitals for treatment estimates, medical documents and final bills.
- Ensure timely communication of approval status to relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor cashless cases from initiation through disbursement/settlement.
3. Hospital & Stakeholder Coordination
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with hospitals, hospital billing teams and other healthcare partners.
- Coordinate with hospital finance/billing departments for estimates, invoices and settlement-related documentation.
- Act as a point of contact for resolving operational queries related to financing cases.
- Maintain professional communication with patients and hospital representatives.
4. Documentation & Compliance
- Ensure all cases comply with internal policies, eligibility criteria and documentation requirements.
- Conduct basic verification and validation of submitted documents.
- Identify discrepancies, incomplete documentation or potential risks and escalate them appropriately.
- Maintain complete digital records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of patient and financial information.
