Role Description The Blockchain Intern will support the design, development, and testing of blockchain-based features and smart contracts that power VYUG’s metaverse ecosystem. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching blockchain protocols, assisting in implementing distributed ledger solutions, documenting technical workflows, and collaborating with developers and product teams on secure, scalable features. The intern will help analyze crypto-related use cases for VYUG’s virtual economy, contribute to code reviews, and participate in troubleshooting and performance optimization. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring regular collaboration with cross-functional teams and a strong interest in emerging Web3 technologies.
Qualifications
- Foundational knowledge of Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT), with interest in smart contracts and Web3 ecosystems.
- Understanding of Cryptography concepts relevant to secure transactions, identity, and data protection.
- Familiarity with Cryptocurrency markets, crypto wallets, and basic token economics.
- Interest or academic exposure to Finance, particularly digital assets, virtual economies, or fintech.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic programming skills (e.g., JavaScript, Solidity, Python, or similar) and experience with Git or version control tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills, with attention to detail and security best practices.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate in a team setting, and communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
