About TradeX: TradeX is a hyper-fast, 100% free virtual F&O paper-trading platform built exclusively for Nifty 50 and Bank Nifty. Our endgame is simple: give Indian retail traders a realistic, zero-lag environment to practice options trading without burning their hard-earned capital. We just upgraded our server architecture to handle massive traffic, and now we need 10 dedicated "Active Traders" to put the platform through its paces under real-market conditions.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Compulsory Daily Live Trading: You will be required to execute a minimum of 5-10 virtual F&O trades every single day specifically during the live market hours (9:15 AM - 3:30 PM). This isn't just about clicking buttons; you are practicing your strategy and psychology.
- Performance Stress Testing: You must trade especially during high-volatility events (market open/close, RBI policy announcements, or expiry days) to check if the options chain premiums lag, if charts render instantly, or if order execution gets stuck.
- Intuitive Feedback (Trader Psychology): Act as the demanding, frustrated user. If a feature feels "clunky," if a button is in the wrong place, or if you lose a virtual trade because of UI friction, you must report it. We need a trader's perspective on the UI/UX.
- Raw Data Reporting: Document everything that feels "off"—latency issues, premium inaccuracies, or websocket disconnections—directly to the core engineering team.
Requirements:
- Active Trading History: This is mandatory. You must have an active demat account or a history of trading F&O (not just in theory). You need to understand the pain points of slow apps, options greeks, and market mechanics like a practitioner.
- Commitment to Market Hours: You must be available to trade virtually between 9:15 AM - 3:30 PM. We do not need candidates who can only test on weekends.
- "Jugaadu" & Aggressive Mindset: We need interns who are relentless. You shouldn't be afraid of using the app in unconventional ways to find problems or of sending feedback that is bluntly honest.
- Tech-Adjacent Context: You don't need to code, but you should understand standard web-app behavior (clearing cache, taking console screenshots) so you can explain technical issues clearly.
