WE'RE HIRING — High-Frequency / Intraday Trader (US Markets)

Package: 3 – 4.5 LPA with performance bonus structure.

We're looking for a High-Frequency Trader who can also hold their own intraday. If you think in expectancy, size like a survivor, and respect the market more than your own opinion — read on.
What you'll trade
- High-Frequency execution on E*TRADE & Fidelity — fast, high-volume intraday scalping with tight, rules-based execution.
- Intraday on IBKR & other US brokers — momentum, breakouts, and liquidity setups on US equities.
- All trading runs on US Eastern Time market sessions.
What makes you our ideal candidate
This is the part most job posts skip. We care less about where you've been and more about how you think:
- You trade expectancy, not win rate. You know a 40%-win rate can be highly profitable — and an 80%-win rate can quietly bleed an account.
- Survival first. You size every trade so a losing streak can't end your career. A blown account cannot compound — and you trade like you understand that in your bones.
- You cut losers fast and let winners run — the opposite of what fear tells most people to do.
- Rules over emotion. You pre-commit to stops, daily drawdown limits, and position size before the trade — so panic never gets a vote.
- You understand market microstructure and order flow — you read what price is doing, not just where it is.
Bonus points
- Live US-broker track record (IBKR / E*TRADE / Fidelity)
- Familiarity with Kelly / half-Kelly bet sizing
- Comfort with high-volume, low-latency intraday environments
- A journal. Serious traders keep records.
