**Key Requirements:**
✅ Hands-on experience in US IT Staffing
✅ Strong knowledge of Bench Sales / Marketing
✅ Experience working with vendors and clients
✅ Good communication and negotiation skills
✅ Knowledge of H-1B, OPT, CPT, EAD and GC candidates
✅ Ability to generate leads and maintain vendor relationships
