Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Behaviour Therapist located in Bengaluru. The Behaviour Therapist will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing one-on-one therapy sessions, tracking progress, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. Additional tasks include communicating with families to support treatment plans and continuing professional development to keep up with the latest practices in behavioural therapy.
Qualifications
• Assessment and treatment planning skills
• Knowledge of behavioural therapy methods and techniques
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Master's degree in Psychology, Behavioural Science, or related field
• Certification in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) is a plus
• Experience working with children and adolescents is beneficial
