We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven BDM with proven expertise in Staffing & IT Consulting (non-US markets). The ideal candidate will focus on generating qualified leads, onboarding new clients, and driving revenue growth through strategic initiatives.

π Key Requirements:
*5+ years of experience in Staffing & IT Consulting (excluding US Staffing)
*Strong knowledge of bench sales & consultant marketing
*Exposure to low-code platforms, data analytics, generative AI, ML & emerging technologies
*Offshore staffing model experience
*Excellent communication & negotiation skills
*Proficiency in CRM tools & MS Office Suite
*Bachelorβs degree (MBA preferred)
