Role Overview
We are hiring three Business Development Executives (BDEs) to drive on-ground admissions lead
generation and conversion across three designated zones of Pune city. Each BDE will own the full admissions
funnel within their assigned region — from school/college outreach and walk-in handling to lead follow-up and
local activation — and will report region-wise performance to the Marketing & Admissions team.
Key Responsibilities
• Visit schools, junior colleges, and coaching institutes within the assigned zone to build relationships with
principals, counsellors, and faculty for admissions referrals.
• Organise and represent the institute at career-guidance sessions, seminars, and education fairs within the
zone.
• Act as the first point of contact for enquiries generated from the assigned region; follow up on digital and
walk-in leads to convert them into confirmed campus visits and admissions.
• Build and maintain tie-ups with local coaching classes and community networks to generate consistent
referral flow.
• Leverage alumni within the zone for referrals, testimonials, and word-of-mouth promotion.
• Coordinate local-level marketing activation (flex/hoardings placement, distribution drives, local
partnerships) within budget and brand guidelines.
• Maintain and submit daily/weekly lead and conversion reports for the assigned zone to the Marketing &
Admissions team.
• Provide ground-level market intelligence — competitor activity, parent/student sentiment, and emerging
catchment areas — from the assigned region.
Candidate Requirements
• Any bachelor degree
• 2–4 years of experience in field sales, business development, or education counselling/admissions.
• Prior exposure to the education sector, ed-tech, or admissions counselling preferred.
• Strong local network and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned zone of Pune.
• Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with independent field work and daily reporting.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence required (conveyance allowance provided).
Compensation & Benefits
• Conveyance/travel allowance for zone-wide commuting, in addition to fixed salary.
• Performance-linked incentives may be introduced based on admissions targets (to be finalised).
