Company Description Subko Specialty Coffee Roasters, Bakehouse and Fine Cacao is a purpose-driven brand spotlighting specialty coffee, elevated baking, and fine cacao from the Indian Subcontinent. The company combines traditional “daily bread” culture with innovative, risk-taking flavor profiles, crafting distinctive coffees, breads, viennoiserie, and cacao products.
