Key Responsibilities
Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages
Handle espresso machines and coffee equipment
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation & quality
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene at the workstation
Manage customer orders and provide excellent service
Maintain proper stock and inventory of coffee supplies
Follow café standards and recipes
Requirements
✅ 3–4 years of relevant Barista experience
✅ Good knowledge of coffee preparation & brewing techniques
✅ Strong customer service skills
✅ Knowledge of espresso machine & grinder operation
✅ Good communication and team-management skills
✅ Passion for coffee and hospitality
