- ✅ Attend and handle banquet enquiries
- ✅ Conduct Banquet/Venue Visits for prospective clients
- ✅ Showcase and explain banquet amenities, facilities, packages & pricing
- ✅ Understand client requirements and recommend suitable options
- ✅ Regular client follow-up and relationship management
- ✅ Coordinate with F&B & Operations teams for events

- ✔️ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- ✔️ Confident, presentable & customer-friendly personality
- ✔️ Strong convincing & negotiation skills
- ✔️ Target-oriented approach
- ✔️ Candidates with relevant hospitality experience will be preferred
