Bank Follow-up Officer (BFO)Company: Loanitol (Dr Cube Financial Consultancy Pvt. Ltd.)
Location: Palarivattom, Kochi
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 0-1 Years (Banking/DSA/NBFC/Financial Services preferred)
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with banks, RMs, and internal teams for loan processing.
- Track loan applications from login to disbursement.
- Follow up with banks to ensure timely approvals and reduce TAT.
- Collect and verify customer documents (KYC, ITR, GST, bank statements, property documents).
- Coordinate legal, technical, and valuation processes for secured loans.
- Maintain CRM, MIS, and loan status reports.
- Follow up on consultancy fees and bank payouts.
- Build strong relationships with banking partners.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in commerce, business administration, Finance, banking, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of relevant experience.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Skills- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Knowledge of loan processing and banking documentation
- MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM proficiency
- Good analytical and organizational skills
