Job details:
We are looking for a Backend Operations Executive to support quotations, tendering, documentation and day-to-day business coordination for a growing electrical infrastructure/EPC company.
What will you do?
🔹 Prepare quotations, BOQs & commercial proposals
🔹 Review tender documents and submission requirements
🔹 Track government & private tenders
🔹 Coordinate with vendors for rates, availability & product details
🔹 Prepare AR / analysis reports
🔹 Maintain tender, quotation & vendor records
🔹 Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams
🔹 Handle follow-up calls related to quotations, tenders & projects
🔹 Support the BD team with pricing and proposals
What are we looking for?
✅ 2–3 years of experience in Electrical / EPC / Electrical Infrastructure / Tendering
✅ Good understanding of electrical components, materials & equipment
✅ Experience with quotations, BOQs and tender documentation
✅ Basic understanding of tendering & procurement
✅ Good Excel/MS Office skills
✅ Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
✅ Good communication and coordination skills
✅ Comfortable working from the Jaipur office, 6 days a week
Good to have:
Experience with GeM, CPPP, e-procurement portals, government tenders, electrical rate analysis and costing.
