About Creative Coupling
Creative Coupling is an art-led lifestyle and gifting brand that brings art into everyday life through thoughtfully designed products and art merchandise.
We work at the intersection of art, design, and commerce, creating products that make thoughtful gifts for individuals, teams, clients, and customers. We're looking for a proactive, relationship-oriented sales professional to grow our B2B business while contributing to overall sales across our channels.
The Role
As our B2B & Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, pitching our products, and converting enquiries into orders. Your primary focus will be B2B sales, particularly corporate gifting, employee welcome kits, festive gifting, client gifts, and partnerships with boutique retailers and other businesses.
You'll also support our overall sales efforts, including direct customer enquiries, online sales, exhibitions, pop-ups, and other sales channels. We're looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, is comfortable reaching out to new prospects, and can take ownership of the sales process from the first conversation to order closure and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
1. B2B Sales & Business Development
- Identify and approach potential B2B customers, including small and mid-sized companies, startups, boutique businesses, agencies, hospitality businesses, and retail stores
- Build a pipeline of prospective clients for corporate gifting, festive gifting, employee onboarding kits, client gifts, and bulk product orders
- Convert leads into paying customers and build long-term client relationships
- Identify opportunities for repeat orders, annual gifting contracts, and recurring business
2. Retail & Partnership Sales
- Identify independent stores, concept stores, bookstores, cafés, galleries, lifestyle stores, and other suitable retail partners
- Pitch products for wholesale, bulk purchases, retail collaborations, and gifting partnerships
- Explore opportunities with event organisers, exhibition partners, agencies, and businesses that may purchase or distribute our products
3. Overall Sales Support
- Respond to incoming sales enquiries across email, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
- Help convert direct customer enquiries into orders
- Follow up on abandoned or pending purchase enquiries where appropriate
- Support sales at exhibitions, pop-ups, events, and other offline channels
- Identify opportunities to increase average order value through bundles, gifting sets, and product recommendations
- Coordinate with the founder on promotions, product launches, pricing, and sales campaigns
4. Sales Operations & Reporting
- Maintain an organised sales pipeline with lead details, contact information, order status, follow-up dates, and next steps
- Track enquiries, quotations, conversion rates, order values, and repeat purchases
- Prepare regular sales reports and share progress against agreed targets
- Coordinate with the founder and operations partners to ensure order fulfilment and timely client communication
- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to inform product development, pricing, and future sales strategies
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, corporate gifting, retail sales, or a related role
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in cold outreach, making sales calls, sending pitches, and following up with prospective clients
- A proactive, target-oriented approach and the ability to work independently
- Good research skills and the ability to identify relevant prospects and decision-makers
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and orders simultaneously
Bonus Points If You
- Have experience selling corporate gifts, merchandise, lifestyle products, stationery, homeware, or design-led products
- Have an existing network of HR, administration, procurement, marketing, or corporate gifting contacts
- Have worked with D2C brands, startups, boutique retailers, or independent businesses
- Have experience pitching customised gifting solutions and managing bulk orders
- Have successfully acquired new B2B accounts and generated repeat business
What We Offer
- The opportunity to work closely with the founder and help grow an independent creative business
- Ownership of business development and client relationships
- Exposure to corporate gifting, retail partnerships, and the broader lifestyle and design industry
- A performance-oriented role with the opportunity to earn incentives against agreed sales targets
