🚀 Farmelite is Hiring | Market Development & Field Sales Intern
Farmelite is growing, and we're looking for energetic people who want hands-on experience in FMCG sales, retail distribution and market development.
📍 Locations: Patna | Bengaluru | Mumbai
📌 Role: Market Development & Field Sales Intern
⏳ Duration: 3 months
💰 Stipend: ₹5,000–₹9,000/month + performance incentives
What you'll do:
• Visit grocery stores, supermarkets & dry-fruit stores
• Introduce Farmelite products to retailers
• Generate new retail outlets and orders
• Build retailer relationships & follow-ups
• Identify potential distributors/stockists
• Track competitor products, pricing & promotions
• Collect market feedback
• Maintain daily sales & market reports
Who we're looking for:
✔️ Good communication skills
✔️ Comfortable with field work
✔️ Confident approaching retailers
✔️ Comfortable handling rejection
✔️ Smartphone + basic Google Sheets/WhatsApp skills
✔️ Hindi + local language preferred
✔️ Students, freshers & graduates can apply
✔️ Previous sales/FMCG experience is a plus, not mandatory
We care more about attitude, communication and execution than your degree.
This is a hands-on opportunity to understand how a consumer food brand builds its retail and distribution network from the ground up.
⭐ Strong performers may be considered for a full-time opportunity after the internship.
