We run three fully operational D2C brands from Hyderabad: The Affordable Organic Store (organic gardening, ships pan-India), Dawbu (miniatures, building blocks, 3D puzzles, diamond painting), and Mizozu (glow miniatures and tiny-world collectibles). Combined, that's 750+ SKUs across three warehouses, and several of our products are the first of their kind in India.
We're now building the B2B side of the business from the ground up: corporate gifting, retail and reseller channels, nurseries, event partners, institutional buyers, and we need one person to own it. Not a caller who reads a script. Someone who figures out which channels work, builds the playbook, and grows with the role. You'll have warm inbound leads, a company number, and order systems, catalogues, and payment tooling from day one. What you build on top of that is yours.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full B2B pipeline across all three brands: inbound bulk inquiries plus outbound prospecting into corporate gifting, retail, resellers, nurseries, and event/institutional buyers.
- Convert: qualify leads, build quotes and catalogues, negotiate within approved pricing bands, and close via Shopify draft orders and payment links.
- Solve, don't escalate: unblock pricing, packaging, logistics, or custom-order issues by coordinating directly with procurement, warehouse, and design teams.
- Build the B2B function: define channel strategy, pricing tiers, SOPs, and follow-up systems; document what works so it can be scaled and handed to a team later.
- Manage accounts long-term: repeat orders, cross-brand upsell (a gardening client is a gifting client is a collectibles client), and relationship building.
- Report weekly on pipeline, conversion, and revenue; bring ideas for new channels, partnerships, and products worth adding.
