Key Responsibilities
Conduct telephonic and video consultations with patients.
Understand patient history, symptoms, and diagnose health concerns.
Recommend appropriate Ayurvedic/medical treatment plans.
Explain treatment benefits, duration, and expected outcomes to patients.
Counsel patients and address objections to improve treatment conversion.
Achieve consultation-to-sales conversion targets while maintaining ethical medical standards.
Generate digital prescriptions and maintain accurate patient records in the CRM/EMR.
Coordinate with the sales, customer support, and operations teams for patient follow-ups.
Ensure compliance with telemedicine guidelines and company SOPs.
