Required Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years in BPS operations leadership, with at least 5+ years managing 1000+ person operations
- Direct hands-on experience running multi-shift, multi-geography, multi-client BPS operations with accountability for all commercial metrics
- Proven expertise in process design, SOP governance, workforce management, and quality frameworks
- Track record of driving operational transformation through technology (AI, RPA, automation, analytics)
- Demonstrated success in customer-facing leadership and transitioning commercial models
- Strong financial acumen with understanding of BPS unit economics, margin management, and commercial models
- Ability to build, mentor and grow high-performing operations leadership teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfort with C-level and customer engagement
