💰 Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience & skills)
About the Role
Dfly International is seeking an experienced and passionate Aviation Trainer to prepare aspiring aviation professionals for successful careers in the airline and hospitality industries. The ideal candidate should have prior experience as a Cabin Crew professional and a strong ability to train, mentor, and motivate students.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training on aviation and cabin crew subjects.
- Conduct sessions on grooming, personality development, communication skills, and customer service.
- Train students in aviation etiquette, in-flight procedures, safety protocols, and emergency handling.
- Prepare students for airline interviews, group discussions, and personal interviews.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop and update training materials as per current industry standards.
- Maintain training records and ensure high-quality learning outcomes.
Eligibility
- Experience: 5–10 years of experience as a Cabin Crew with a domestic or international airline.
- Prior experience in aviation training or teaching is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and mentoring abilities.
- Passion for teaching and guiding aspiring aviation professionals.
- Graduate in any discipline (Aviation-related qualifications are an added advantage).
