Role Description The Aptitude Trainer will deliver classroom-based training sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability to students and early-career professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning lessons, creating and updating training materials, conducting interactive practice sessions, assessing learner performance through tests and assignments, and providing constructive feedback and guidance. The trainer will collaborate with the training team to align content with employability standards, participate in curriculum improvements, and support exam preparation and placement training initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, requiring consistent in-person engagement with learners and institutional stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and solve problems step by step.
- Solid command of English language and verbal ability, including grammar, vocabulary, and reading comprehension, to support learners’ communication skills.
- Experience in classroom training or teaching, with skills in lesson planning, learner engagement, and managing diverse student groups.
- Comfort with using digital tools, LMS platforms, and basic MS Office applications to create, deliver, and track training content and assessments.
- Excellent interpersonal, mentoring, and facilitation skills, with a learner-centric approach and the ability to motivate and guide students.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in engineering, mathematics, or management is an advantage.
- Prior experience in aptitude training for campus placements, competitive exams, or test-prep institutes is highly preferred.
- Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad and adapt to institutional schedules, including peak training periods.
