๐๐จ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐๐ซ๐ฒ We are looking for a seasoned Senior Automation Test Engineer with 5-8 years of experience in QA and Test Automation. The candidate will be responsible for driving automation strategy, designing scalable automation frameworks, and ensuring quality across Web, API, Performance, and emerging AI-enabled applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust test automation frameworks for Web and API applications.
- Lead automation efforts across multiple projects and releases.
- Develop reusable automation components and improve framework architecture.
- Perform API, Functional, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End testing.
- Execute and analyze performance testing using JMeter, LoadRunner, or equivalent tools.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and promote automation best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and testing strategies.
- Integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines.
- Evaluate and validate AI-powered applications and AI-driven workflows.
- Drive test process improvements and quality metrics.
Required Skills
- 5-8 years of QA and Automation Testing experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- API Testing and Automation
- Web/UI Testing and Automation
- Automation Framework Design
- Test Strategy and Test Planning
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Rest Assured, or equivalent frameworks.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
- Experience integrating automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Good to Have
- Performance testing expertise using JMeter, LoadRunner, or similar tools.
- Basic AI Testing experience (LLM validation, prompt testing, AI workflow validation, output validation).
- Experience with AI-powered automation solutions and tools.
- Exposure to cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- ISTQB certification or equivalent quality certifications.
