Are you passionate about auditing, compliance, and financial analysis? We are looking for a motivated Audit Executive to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for CA Freshers and CA Dropout candidates who are eager to build a career in the NBFC sector.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct internal audits of branches and departments.
- Verify financial records, transactions, and supporting documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify operational risks and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare audit reports and highlight observations with actionable recommendations.
- Monitor implementation of audit findings and corrective actions.
- Review loan files and ensure adherence to internal policies.
- Coordinate with branch teams and management during audit assignments.
- Assist in fraud detection, risk assessment, and compliance reviews.
- Maintain proper audit documentation and records.
Eligibility:- CA Fresher or CA Dropout (Intermediate/Final).
- Strong understanding of accounting, auditing, and financial principles.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel for branch audits when required.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
