Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Audit Manager to
lead internal audit activities and strengthen controls across branches and Head Office.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Branch & HO Internal Audits
• Review Loan, Credit, Collection & Operations processes
• Identify process gaps, control weaknesses & fraud
• Prepare Audit Reports and ensure timely closure of observations
•Conduct Special/Fraud Audits as required
• Ensure compliance with RBI quidelines, policies & SOPs
• Recommend improvements in internal controls and risk management
• Lead and mentor the Audit Team
Candidate Profile:
✓CA / CA Inter / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com
✓5-8 years of relevant experience in NBFC/Banking/Financial Services
✓Strong knowledge of Internal Audit, Risk & NBFC Operations
✓ Branch Audit & Fraud Investigation experience preferred
✓ Strong analytical, reporting and team-management skills
✓Willingness to travel to branches
