About the Role
We're hiring a senior Attentive specialist to own our SMS, email flows, and customer segmentation strategy. This starts as a focused audit-and-rebuild project, with strong potential to grow into an ongoing monthly or bi-monthly retainer.
Phase 1: Audit & Rebuild
- Review our current Attentive account setup
- Audit existing SMS and email flows
- Evaluate and improve customer segmentation
- Identify gaps and untapped conversion opportunities
- Rebuild or optimize high-converting flows
- Deliver a clear, prioritized optimization strategy
Ongoing Work (Phase 2)
Following the initial phase, we're looking for a long-term partner to provide:
- Flow performance analysis
- Segmentation refinement
- A/B testing and optimization
- Conversion and revenue optimization
- New flow recommendations
- SMS and email strategy improvements
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Attentive platform experience (not general ESP/SMS experience — must be Attentive specifically)
- Proven track record building and optimizing SMS flows
- Proven track record building and optimizing email flows
- Experience developing strategic, high-performing customer segments
- Demonstrated success creating automated journeys that convert
- Experience running ongoing tests and iterating on live campaigns
