Are you a result-driven B2B sales professional with strong industry connections and experience in electronic components or industrial products?
We are looking for an Asst Manager/ Manager Sales who can drive new business, leverage an existing customer network, generate enquiries, and build long-term relationships with OEMs, industrial clients, and procurement teams.
### 🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Leverage existing industry contacts/network to onboard new customers and generate enquiries
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across Industrial Automation, OEMs, Defense & Aerospace and other target industries
• Understand customer technical requirements and coordinate with technical teams for suitable solutions
• Prepare, negotiate and follow up on quotations, proposals and commercial terms
• Manage leads, opportunities and customer interactions through CRM
• Coordinate with sourcing/logistics teams for timely order fulfillment
• Monitor market trends, competitors and customer requirements
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions and industry events
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
### 🎯 What We’re Looking For
✅ Bachelor’s degree in **Electronics/Electrical Engineering, BBA/MBA or related field
✅ 5+ years of B2B Sales experience, preferably in electronic components, industrial products or technical distribution
✅ Existing network of industrial, OEM or procurement contacts is an advantage
✅ Basic understanding of electronic components or ability to learn technical products quickly
✅ Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills
✅ Good knowledge of MS Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage
✅ Self-motivated, target-oriented and capable of managing multiple accounts
