About the Role
We are looking for potential candidate to serve ABGT India and position is on third party payroll, based at Noida (Sector 94).
Key Responsibility Areas
AP
- Use SAP for data entry and retrieval
- Understand vessel berthing and product handling
- Operate with a working knowledge of general insurance, including fire and marine insurance
AR
- Identify the parameters to be adhered to while raising invoices to align to statutory compliances
- Record receipts with TDS for ledger reconciliation
- Prepare MIS and AR reports for senior management
- Manage credit control matrix for customer prior to the release of DO and contract
- Handle customer queries and provided appropriate resolutions
Qualifications & Desired Experience
M.Com/B.Com/MBA-Finance
2-3 Years Experience in Trading/Import-Export industry in Finance & Accounts
Required Skills
- Updated data records.
- Sound knowledge of accounting ERP system (SAP).
- Sound knowledge of SOPs and their implementation.
- Ability to deal with various branches for transactions/reconciliation of accounts.
- Assimilation of information from across the globe on time.
- Tracking critical issues based on review of monthly MIS.
- Willingness to conduct weekly visits to the construction site.

- Experience in managing large-scale projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
