Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for an Associate Professor / Assistant Professor specializing in IT. The role involves designing and delivering undergraduate and postgraduate courses, preparing lesson plans, and using diverse teaching methods to engage learners. Daily responsibilities include mentoring students, guiding projects, supervising internships or dissertations, and supporting their academic and career development. The faculty member will conduct independent and collaborative research, publish in academic and professional journals, and participate in conferences and seminars. Additional tasks include contributing to curriculum development, academic administration, industry collaborations, and departmental activities that strengthen the institute’s academic standards.
Qualifications
· Relevant doctoral or postgraduate degree (PhD or Master’s) in IT, Computer Science or a closely related discipline.
· Demonstrated teaching aptitude with experience in classroom instruction, course design, and student assessment at the undergraduate or postgraduate level.
· Proven research orientation with a record of publications, conference presentations, or ongoing research projects in the relevant field.
· Ability to provide industry interface through practical case studies, projects, and examples drawn from corporate experience or professional engagements.
· Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and foster an inclusive learning environment.
· Competence in using digital tools and learning management systems, and openness to innovative pedagogies and educational technologies.
· Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, participate in committees, and contribute to institutional development.
· Prior academic or industry experience in IT.

· To teach the students of BCA, BBA & B.Com.(H) Programme.
