We're looking for an IT Lead with Guidewire experience to join an exciting project with a leading client in the insurance industry.
📍 Location: Barcelona, Spain
🏢 Work model: Hybrid (2 days onsite per week)

Requirements
- Proven experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter (mandatory)
- Experience leading and managing teams of 10–20 people, including both internal and external resources
- Strong technical background in software development (experience with Spring, APIs, and microservices is highly desirable)
- Hands-on leadership experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)
- Experience managing budgets (approximately €1M) and project planning
- Previous experience in the insurance industry, ideally in travel insurance and assistance (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Customer Interaction processes
- Experience managing production environments and ensuring application stability
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including communication with senior leadership
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and Fast IT solutions
- Fluent English (mandatory)
