Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Associate with 1–2 years of experience in litigation. The ideal candidate should have strong drafting and research skills, familiarity with Mumbai court procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis, including reviewing statutes, case laws, and regulatory updates to support case strategy.
- Manage matters and ensuring timely handling of cases, adherence to deadlines.
- Draft pleadings, notices, affidavits, applications, and other legal documents with accuracy and clarity.
- Appear before courts in Mumbai and assist in hearings, filings, and case proceedings.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, court procedures, and ethical standards of the profession.

Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in civil, commercial and/or criminal litigation
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
- Working knowledge of Mumbai court procedures and practices
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
