Role Description The Assistant to the Executive Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position supports the Executive Director with daily administrative tasks, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and document preparation. The role involves handling correspondence, organizing internal and external meetings, preparing reports and presentations, and maintaining records and files. The assistant will help track key initiatives, follow up on action items, and gather data and insights to support decision-making. This role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, managing office-related activities, and ensuring smooth operational support for executive-level priorities.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance capabilities, such as calendar management, meeting scheduling, and travel and logistics support.
- Candidates should possess Office Administration and Organization Skills to manage documentation, maintain records, and support day-to-day office operations.
- Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to prepare reports, interpret basic data, and support the Executive Director with structured insights.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with collaboration platforms.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professional ethics.
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience supporting senior leadership or executives, preferably in a technology or fintech environment, is an advantage.
