Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Sales Manager role based in Bengaluru with a CTC up to 7 LPA. The Assistant Sales Manager will support sales operations by managing a team of sales executives, guiding them to achieve individual and team targets, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include meeting potential buyers, presenting property options, conducting site visits, and following up on leads generated through various channels. The role involves coordinating with internal teams for inventory, pricing, and documentation, preparing sales reports, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The Assistant Sales Manager will also contribute to local market research, participate in promotional activities, and uphold company standards in all client interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate sales or related field, preferably in a team-leading or supervisory capacity.
- Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing sales.
- Ability to analyze local market trends and translate insights into effective sales strategies.
- Comfort with using CRM systems, basic office software, and digital communication tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse client groups.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple leads and site visits.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work from the Bengaluru office and conduct regular field/site visits as required.
