We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our operations team, to ensure the smooth conduct of our tournaments and participation in external tournaments.
Responsibilities and Duties -
● Plan, Organize and Conduct Intra Hi5 Tournaments across multiple regions as per program guidelines
● Ensuretimely &accurate participation in external tournaments across all regions
● Maintain database & prepare reports for tournament participation at tournament level, centre level, child level etc.
● Design&implementsystems for performance tracking at team and individual level
● Supportoperations team for program delivery as required
● Organizeandoversee Hi5 events and holiday camps (about 2-3 camps in a year)
● Weeklyvisits to assigned centers and other cities when required
● Aboveall, enjoying the sport when children do an amazing job in tournaments
Qualifications and Skills -
● Graduate/Postgraduate
● 4-6years of experience in an operations role is a must for Sr. Manager / Freshers are eligible for the Assistant Manager position
● Local travel to centres & tournaments would be involved on a day-to-day basis to oversee the program ● Proficient in English- both written and oral communication. Knowing other languages will be a plus, but optional.
● Inclination towards some sport is a must, Basketball background is a plus
● Proficient in Word, Excel / Google sheets and Powerpoint
