Job Responsibilities:
• Managing a team of 4-5 members US/EP Patent Prosecution
• Strong knowledge of Patent Preparation, Patent Applications, and Patent Law
• Leading the team on the execution and delivery of projects related to multiple technical domains
• Working closely with inventors and clients to translate their innovations into robust and defensible patent applications that stand up to scrutiny and protect their intellectual property
• Hands on experience in patent prosecution, including drafting responses to examination reports and representing clients in hearings.
• Experience in patent litigation, covering pre-grant and post-grant opposition, revocation actions, infringement suits, and infringement assessments.
• Hands-on experience in conducting searches and preparing technical reports on multiple IP projects (Technology landscapes, litigation searches, novelty searches, Freedom to operate searches) in multiple technical domains.
• Assisting and reviewing drafting of electronics/ mechanical/ software Patents
• Preparing reply to Examination Report (IN and US)
• Assisting and drafting patent specifications (IN and US)
• Attending Hearings before Indian Patent Office
• Technical Analysis of identified documents for preparing Opinions relating to Opposition
• Assisting with client queries relating to Patent process in IN and US
• US/EP Patent Prosecution experience is desirable
• Attention to detail and ability to understand complex technical concepts
