Role Description
• Monitor Autonomous Operations: Track and supervise real-time robot deliveries via the operations platform, ensuring consistent performance and minimal disruptions.
• Remote Intervention: Safely and efficiently guide robots through unforeseen obstacles (e.g., pedestrians, blocked paths, construction zones) using remote navigation tools.
• Collaborate with Field Teams: Coordinate with on-ground personnel to assist with autonomous devices retrieval, maintenance, or urgent interventions.
• Incident Management: Document, escalate, and follow up on system alerts, safety concerns, or autonomous devices anomalies, contributing to continuous improvement processes.
• Operational Optimization: Analyze delivery patterns and provide feedback to enhance route performance, improve uptime, and support expansion into new service areas.
• Compliance & Safety Oversight: Follow local pedestrian and traffic regulations, and act swiftly in situations that could affect public safety.
• Data Entry & Accuracy: Maintain accurate logs and reports of remote interventions, status, and feedback for internal tracking.
• Shift Handover Communication: Provide thorough handover notes for incoming shift teammates to maintain continuity and awareness of ongoing situations.
• Adaptability to New Locations: Quickly learn the layouts of newly launched cities or campuses, adapting guidance accordingly.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently work with concentration.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, informed decisions during remote interventions.
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize actions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Basic technical aptitude and comfort working with digital platforms, remote navigation tools, and software systems.
• Strong organizational skills for accurate data entry, reporting, and shift handovers.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work well within a team environment.
• Prior experience in BPO, KPO operations, real-time monitoring, or customer support is preferred.
Job location : Noida Sector 2
Experience Level : 0-2 Years
Salary: Upto 3LPA CTC (Based upon the experience and required skill set)
Qualifications
- Ability to operate, monitor, and perform basic troubleshooting on autonomous devices and related equipment.
- Strong technical aptitude, with comfort using computers, software dashboards, and data entry tools to track robot performance.
- Attention to detail and adherence to safety, quality, and compliance procedures in an on-site operational environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and reporting issues clearly.
- Ability to follow structured workflows, standard operating procedures, and meet productivity targets.
- Willingness to learn new systems and technologies, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, automation, or technical support is beneficial.
- Relevant vocational training, diploma, or degree in engineering, robotics, IT, or a related field is an advantage.
