We're Hiring | Assistant Manager / Manager – Corporate Sales
HRorion is looking for an experienced hospitality sales professional for a Head Office – Corporate Sales role in New Delhi.
This is an opportunity to drive corporate and MICE revenue across a portfolio of boutique leisure and resort properties.
Role Details
Location: Head Office, New Delhi
Experience: 5+ years
Salary: ₹55,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (depending on experience and profile).
Reporting to: Senior General Manager – Sales
Growth opportunity toward GM Sales as the company expands.
What makes this role different?
This is not conventional city-hotel corporate sales.
The role focuses on positioning leisure destinations as corporate offsites, retreats, incentive travel and MICE venues, engaging with corporate decision-makers and event partners across Delhi-NCR.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop new corporate accounts and drive business acquisition.
• Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, MICE agencies and travel partners.
• Handle RFPs, group contracts, corporate agreements and negotiations.
• Generate revenue through corporate offsites, retreats, incentives and group bookings.
• Conduct client meetings, sales calls, site visits and industry networking.
• Coordinate with property operations, banquet and F&B teams.
• Monitor sales pipeline, conversion and revenue performance.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of relevant hotel sales experience.
Strong corporate and MICE sales exposure.
Established South Delhi corporate market network is essential.
Hands-on experience in new-business acquisition, client meetings and sales closures.
Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
Understanding of hotel operations and leisure/resort-property sales.
Ability to manage corporate accounts, group contracts and event-related business.
