Role Description The Assistant Manager Lending Sales – Inside Sales role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This role focuses on driving lending sales by engaging MSME customers through phone, digital channels, and inbound/outbound leads. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements; guiding customers through the loan application process; and ensuring a smooth, transparent experience. The Assistant Manager will track leads in CRM systems, follow up on pending cases, coordinate with credit and operations teams, and work toward achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The role also involves analyzing customer needs, providing appropriate product recommendations, maintaining high-quality customer interactions, and sharing feedback to improve processes and user experience.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and customer engagement skills, including experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service, ideally within financial services or MSME lending.
- Ability to understand and explain lending products, eligibility criteria, and documentation, with basic knowledge of credit processes and risk considerations.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and spreadsheets to manage leads, track performance, and report on sales metrics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to converse clearly and confidently with diverse MSME customers.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills to convert leads and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a focus on accountability, detail orientation, and follow-through.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, finance, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience in lending or fintech is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus for engaging a broad MSME customer base.
