Role Description
The Assistant Manager Human Resources is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar he must be a Male candidate only . This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance and leave management, and maintaining employee records. The position involves supporting performance management processes, coordinating employee training and development initiatives, and ensuring HR policies are communicated and followed. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will address employee queries, help resolve workplace issues, and assist in organizing employee engagement activities to support a positive, compliant work culture. The role also includes collaborating with management on HR reporting, compliance with labor regulations, and continuous improvement of HR practices.
Qualifications
Must be a Male candidate .
- Strong knowledge of core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Ability to manage HR operations such as attendance tracking, leave administration, payroll coordination support, and HR documentation.
- Understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, and workplace policies relevant to retail or automotive showroom environments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and staff levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software or HRIS tools, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, customer-facing business setting and support management with HR reports and data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior experience in HR or administration is preferred.
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and commitment to maintaining a respectful, non-discriminatory work environment.
