Role Description The Assistant Manager for Canada Opportunities is a full-time, on-site role based in Canada. This role involves guiding prospective clients through Canada immigration and visa options, explaining eligibility criteria, and supporting them with documentation and application preparation. The Assistant Manager will coordinate with senior consultants, manage client appointments, respond to inquiries, and maintain accurate records of client cases. Daily responsibilities include tracking application progress, following up with clients, and ensuring that services align with current Canadian immigration policies. The role also includes contributing to process improvements, supporting promotional activities, and maintaining professional communication with clients and internal teams.
Qualifications
- Strong client service and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex immigration processes clearly and professionally.
- Experience in immigration consulting, visa services, or a related advisory role, preferably with exposure to Canadian immigration pathways.
- Organizational and administrative skills, including accurate documentation, case tracking, and follow-up management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with consultants and support staff, and to work independently within defined procedures.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and basic CRM or case management software.
- Attention to detail, integrity in handling sensitive information, and a client-focused mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; education in law, international relations, or business is an advantage.
