About the Role:
We are looking for experienced professionals to manage B2B Collections / OTC processes, customer portfolios and stakeholder interactions. The role involves handling international voice processes, credit risk analysis and end-to-end collections activities.
What you'll do:
✅ Manage B2B Collections / Order-to-Cash (OTC) activities
✅ Handle customer portfolios and payment terms
✅ Monitor approvals for non-standard invoicing/payment terms
✅ Manage third-party collection agencies
✅ Analyze customer payment history, credit information and outstanding balances
✅ Perform credit checks and identify high-risk accounts
✅ Conduct monthly bad debt analysis
✅ Handle securitization and pre/post-petition reporting
✅ Manage stakeholder interactions and escalations
You should have:
• 6+ years of total experience
• 3+ years relevant B2B Collections / OTC experience
• 2+ years of Team Lead experience – Mandatory
• International Voice experience – Mandatory
• Portfolio handling experience – Mandatory
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable working in US shifts
• Comfortable with one-way cab facility
• PF registration with previous organization is mandatory
• Any Graduate
Domestic Voice experience will not be considered.
