Role Description The Assistant Manager role at XALTSPACES is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role supports end-to-end project coordination, including assisting with planning, scheduling, and monitoring interior fit-out activities to ensure timelines, quality standards, and budgets are met. The Assistant Manager collaborates with senior management, design teams, vendors, and contractors, helping manage documentation, approvals, and daily operational needs at project sites. Responsibilities include tracking project progress, preparing status reports, addressing on-ground issues, and contributing to process improvements and client satisfaction initiatives. The role also involves supporting resource allocation, maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and ensuring smooth communication across all stakeholders.
Qualifications
B.Tech/ B.E Civil / Mechanical
0-4 years of experience.

- Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle issues on-site and support decision-making for project delivery.
- Proficiency with office and project tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, basic project tracking software); familiarity with interior or construction workflows is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field; relevant experience in interior fit-outs, construction, or facility management is preferred.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, reliability, and adaptability in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi NCR and coordinate with field and office teams on a regular basis.
