Role Description The Assistant Manager will support day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient coordination between production, quality, logistics, and administration at the Raipur facility. This full-time, on-site role involves monitoring process performance, preparing reports, and assisting in implementing operational and quality standards aligned with company guidelines. The Assistant Manager will help manage staff schedules, support team supervision, and contribute to resolving operational issues in a timely manner. The role also includes collaboration with cross-functional teams, participation in continuous improvement initiatives, and adherence to safety and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong operational and process management skills, including experience in coordinating daily activities and optimizing workflows.
- Candidates should possess quality and compliance skills, such as understanding of quality control procedures, documentation practices, and adherence to ISO or similar standards.
- Candidates should possess people management and communication skills, including team coordination, clear verbal and written communication, and stakeholder management.
- Candidates should possess analytical and reporting skills, including basic data analysis, proficiency with spreadsheets or ERP tools, and the ability to prepare concise operational reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, food technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or pet food/animal nutrition industries is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Raipur, maintain high standards of hygiene and safety, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
