📢 We're Hiring | Accountant | Noida
Paperpedia Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our finance team at our Noida office.
📍 Location: Noida (Work From Office)
💼 Position: Accountant
💰 CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA (Based on interview performance)
🎓 Qualification: B.Com/M.Com/Equivalent
Key Responsibilities:
📘 Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Record day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime
- Maintain purchase, sales, journal, receipt, and payment entries
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements
- Reconcile vendor and customer ledgers
- Assist in month-end and year-end book closing
📑 Statutory Compliance
- Prepare data for GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 & 9C)
- Assist in TDS computation, payment, and quarterly return filing
- Support Income Tax compliance activities
- Process EPF, ESIC, and other statutory compliances
- Maintain proper statutory documentation
🏦 Banking
- Prepare vendor payment proposals
- Track customer receipts and outstanding payments
- Assist in forex transactions and banking documentation
- Coordinate with banks for routine banking activities
📊 MIS & Reporting
- Prepare monthly MIS reports
- Assist in Budget vs. Actual analysis
- Support management reporting
- Perform inter-branch reconciliations
- Maintain Excel-based financial reports and trackers
📂 Audit & Documentation
- Prepare schedules for statutory and tax audits
- Coordinate with auditors and consultants
- Maintain accounting records and supporting documents
- Assist in responding to notices from government authorities
Required Skills:
✅ Strong knowledge of Tally Prime
✅ Proficiency in Advanced Microsoft Excel
✅ Understanding of GST, TDS, EPF, ESIC, Income Tax & Statutory Compliance
✅ Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, banking, MIS reporting, and audit support
✅ Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills
