About the Company

The Group is looking to induct experienced professionals for key positions as part of its ongoing growth and organisational strengthening.
About the Role
The candidate must have knowledge in the Overall Finance & Accounts field (Basically, Finalization, Corporate MIS etc and not in any one area only, say AR, AP etc.),
Responsibilities
- Process Automation & Optimization: Identify manual processes and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce effort.
- Technology Evaluation & Implementation: Assess emerging technologies/tools and recommend suitable upgrades for existing workflows.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive process enhancements, standardization, and productivity improvements across the team.
- Team Enablement: Support and mentor team members in adopting new technologies, tools, and best practices.
- Innovation & Problem Solving: Proactively suggest and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Preparation of SOPs, work-flows etc.
Qualifications
Chartered Accountant
Expected Experience: Minimum 4 years in the process of automation, workflow optimization, and technology adoption. Must have worked minimum 4 years in these areas in a high tech-environment.
CTC: 18 - 22 LPA based on Candidate.
