Purpose of the Role: To lead and manage integrated facility management operations across multiple client locations, ensuring high standards of service delivery, statutory compliance, client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management
- Oversee end-to-end facility management operations including soft services, hard services, transport, and vendor management.
- Ensure uninterrupted operation of critical building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire & life safety systems.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Drive operational excellence through SOPs, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients.
- Conduct regular governance meetings and present operational performance reports.
- Ensure achievement of client satisfaction and retention targets.
- Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor facility managers, engineers, supervisors, and support staff.
- Establish performance objectives and conduct periodic reviews.
- Drive employee engagement, training, and capability development.
Financial Management
- Manage operational budgets, cost controls, and profitability of assigned accounts.
- Review monthly P&L, revenue, and expense performance.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and value engineering.
- Ensure timely billing, collections, and vendor payments.
Vendor & Contract Management
- Manage service providers and contractors to ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
- Conduct vendor evaluations and performance reviews.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure commercial effectiveness.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, labor laws, health & safety regulations.
- Lead safety audits, emergency response planning, and business continuity initiatives. * Ensure adherence to ISO standards, ESG requirements, and client-specific compliance mandates.
Projects & Transition Management
- Lead mobilization and transition of new client accounts.
- Support fit-out projects, office moves, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for seamless project execution.
Technology & Innovation
- Drive adoption of CAFM/IWMS platforms and digital reporting tools.
- Utilize data analytics for operational decision-making and performance monitoring.
- Implement sustainability and energy management initiatives.

Experience:
- 15–20 years of experience in Integrated Facility Management.
- Experience managing large corporate campuses, IT parks, BFSI facilities, manufacturing sites, or commercial portfolios.
- Exposure to multi-site operations and P&L management is preferred.
