Role Description This full-time, on-site Assistant role is based at the Onholidays office in Hyderabad. The Assistant will support daily travel operations, including preparing itineraries, coordinating bookings for flights, hotels, and tours, and updating client records. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, providing timely information on travel options and policies, and assisting in resolving booking or service issues. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, supporting the travel consultants and management team with administrative tasks, and contributing to a smooth office workflow and positive client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clients and internal teams.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple bookings, tasks, and deadlines efficiently.
- Basic computer proficiency, including experience with office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing) and willingness to learn travel booking systems.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure accuracy in itineraries, documents, and customer information.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate as part of a team, and adapt to a fast-paced travel environment.
- Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Relevant education in travel, tourism, business, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
